Your experience can travel further.

Help turn a concrete business challenge into a useful regional conversation.

Start with a clear question

Chambers, businesses and specialists can bring issues to the Secretariat. A short, well-supported account is more useful than a broad statement of concern.

  1. Describe the issue

Explain the challenge, the affected sector and the countries or regions involved.

  2. Show the evidence

Include a practical example, an attributable source or a pattern observed across companies. Identify any information that must remain confidential.

  3. Suggest a useful outcome

Describe what could improve and who would need to take part in the discussion.

  4. Provide a contact

Name the organisation behind the contribution and someone who can clarify the details.

What happens next

The Secretariat can assess how the issue connects with the regional agenda and which chamber expertise may be relevant. Submitting an idea does not make it an adopted DCCF position or a commitment to a project.
